Returns policy
If you wish to return any item bought at ZAI WILD HERITAGE please follow the above steps within 7 days after receiving the goods. Please note that we will only accept returns of products that are still in the original conditions. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging include.
Steps:
- Contact us by email wecare@zaiwildheritage.com
- In the subject of the email include “RETURNS – ORDER NUMBER“
- Include the reason why you want to return
- We will get back to you with further info
Refunds
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
